There are unique experiences and instagram opportunities all thru out the resort for us and kids to enjoy. I also took advantage of the on site chiropractic therapy and was very pleased.

We didn’t realize the extent of the wellness facilities from the website and were again surprised at the menu at the spa and the free classes held every day for workouts and meditation/yoga. The weather was perfect and we took advantage of the stargazing with the provided telescope. We stayed in a celestial villa and enjoyed the space, view and proximity to the restaurant, pool and spa/gym from Villa 57. While the finer details still beed to be smoothed out the overall experience was 5 star. We came in for two nights and were pleasantly surprised how stunning the location is and the service and amenities are top notch. Once again, thank you, and hope to welcome you to your Home in the magical city of AlUla again. We are consistently looking for ways to improve our services and offer a seamless and memorable experience to our visitors and your feedback, in particular, is instrumental to our success. With regards to the bathroom kit, keeping with our brand's sustainability pillar they are all available upon request and as for the buggies being covered, it is definitely something that we are looking into solving in the near future we have also introduced an e-Bike complimentary service for our guests, to offer them the freedom to roam around the property while staying with us.
